Vida Veterinary Care Denver does not currently provide International Health Certification’s. However, we would be happy to assist with interstate travel needs! Please review the following resources before booking your appointment –

Please verify the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) travel information for your destination

Please verify your flight carrier information regarding travel with pets. Some airlines require the inspecting veterinarian fill out a form for travel. If this is required for your airline, please bring this on the date of your appointment.

Is your pet current on vaccinations? If so, and the vaccinations were not performed at our facility, Vida Veterinary Care must have access to the last year of medical records for your pet prior to the scheduled appointment. If they are not current on vaccinations, this service may be performed the day of (at doctor’s discretion) for an additional fee.
